Who is To.Report for?

Anyone who would like a little more confidence with message links. We’re especially mindful of older adults and the people who care about them: clear words, easy-to-read screens, and no unnecessary complexity.

How fast are the checks?

In a small development test on one Android phone, 10 link checks had a median of 336 ms. Nine were below 400 ms; the first took 767 ms. These are scan times, not notification-to-screen times. Your connection and other conditions affect speed, so this is not a guarantee.

Does a warning mean the link is definitely harmful?

No. It means the link deserves caution. To.Report’s AI engine can make mistakes. If a message asks for passwords, money, or personal information, check with the sender through a trusted channel.

Does To.Report block every dangerous link?

No. To.Report helps you spot suspicious links and gives you a clear warning. It does not block links in warning mode, and some links may be missed. No warning is not a guarantee of safety.

Can I download it now?

Yes. Download the Android preview APK below. It requires Android 7 or later and is installed directly, not through Google Play. This is a development build for testing, not a production release. Open the app after installation and follow its setup guide.
